Shortlisted: Tatler Schools Guide Best Head of a Public School

The Tatler Schools Guide team has revealed the nominations for the much anticipated Tatler Schools Awards 2024, which unveil the finest prep and public schools in the country.

Shortlisting 300 schools, followed by school visits, questionnaires and public votes, the nominations are carefully handpicked and the elite list is crafted by Tatler’s expert panel.

Here at DLD College London, we are thrilled to announce that our Principal, Irfan Latif, has been shortlisted for the Tatler Schools Best Head of a Public School category.

We spoke to Irfan on receiving the award and he said:

“I am deeply honoured to have been nominated for the prestigious title of ‘Best Head of a Public School’ by Tatler. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire school community, including our exceptional staff, talented students, and supportive parents. Throughout my tenure as the Principal of DLD, I have strived to create an environment that fosters academic excellence, character development, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Our school’s success is not just measured by academic achievements but also by the values we instil in our students – values of tolerance, respect and kindness.

All of the winners will be announced on Monday 25 September at The Dorchester Hotel, London as it plays host to The Tatler Schools Awards 2024.  The awards will be celebrating the outstanding achievements of schools and staff in the independent sector in addition to the 20th anniversary of the Tatler School Guide.
