Welcoming our new Head of Careers

DLD Business teacher Paul Schoonenberg, BA MBA M.Ed, has recently been appointed as our new Head of Careers. Paul brings substantial experience to the position, having worked in education for over 10 years as both a Head of Careers and as a teacher in the departments of Business and Economics. He has experience in developing employability programmes at both secondary and tertiary level and, as a University Admissions Tutor at DLD, he provides guidance to students applying through the UCAS system to a wide variety of Universities. Paul has taught across the A Level, IFP and BTEC programmes at DLD and has completed professional development across a wide variety of courses to assist students as they prepare for careers across a range of industries.

In his role at DLD College London, his focus is on developing employability skills, further enhancing information and guidance to students, promoting careers expertise across the school and providing students with access to expertise in their fields of interest.

We would like congratulate Paul on his new venture here at DLD and wish him luck as he establishes himself in his new role.
