Wembley Women’s FA Cup Final Trip

Our boarders had an amazing opportunity last weekend to watch the Women’s FA Cup final, offering our students a unique learning opportunity.
Year 11 boarder Laila reports:
“On Sunday we attended the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium. A crowd of 40,000 were entertained by the players of Chelsea and Arsenal during the thrilling encounter, which saw Chelsea crowned champions with a score of 3-0.
It was quite empowering to see women represent the sport that is usually viewed as a more “masculine” sport. An experience that will never be forgotten.”
