Goldsmith’s Music Offer and Scholarship Shortlist for Parmida

Congratulations to Parmida who has been offered a place to study BA Music at Goldsmiths, University of London.  What’s more, she has also been informed that she has been shortlisted for a Performance Scholarship. These are given to students  who are felt to show outstanding aptitude, or promise, as performing musicians.  Parmida joined DLD in January last year without any previous formal music training and a piano playing level of around Grade 2 to 3.  To have achieved this amazing progress in a year and to be recognised for her efforts by this prestigious university is remarkable. Fingers crossed for April when final decisions are made!
