Sky News interviews BTEC students

On Wednesday 6 January 2021, Sky News interviewed several BTEC students at DLD College London about the cancellation of this year’s public exams and the inconsistency with BTECs in this policy. The 7pm news item was cut short due to live coverage from Parliament and this full version aired in the 10pm news bulletin.
The students watched Gavin Williamson’s speech to the House of Commons and gave their thoughts as part of a wider opinion piece.
Recording during a national lockdown took place outside in the Boarders’ garden, socially distanced and fully risk assessed.
