DLD Art Department Success at the Annual ISA Art Competition 2016

13th October 16

On Tuesday, 4th October, Jonathan Parkhouse, Art-Foundation & Submissions Co-ordinator at DLD College London delivered and displayed a selection of our best student artworks, at the annual London West Area Independent Schools Association Art Competition. This took place at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, near Maidenhead. Work was submitted in several categories, including 2-D, 3-D, Photography, Drawing & Sketchbooks.

Over a dozen independent schools were submitting for each category in this very competitive event, so it was extremely pleasing to win 7 awards! A huge congratulations to all the award winners.

These awards maintain our excellent record of winning prizes every year at the ISA Art Competition, since we began submitting work by DLD students in 2010. These Awards reflect the quality of Art being produced by students at DLD, the students and staff can be very proud of their achievements.
