ARRAY – A Celebration of BTEC

The BTEC Media Production Year 1 students broadcast LIVE from the college yesterday afternoon.
The students worked incredibly hard to create an entertaining and fun programme that showcases the hard work of all of the BTEC courses in the college.
The students created pre-recorded programmes including Face the Music – a quiz show about pop, Body and Soul – a show that will make you look and feel better through exercise, make up and healthy and eating and Game On – a game show about computer games.
The students integrated these into a live, multi-camera broadcast that was created live at the DLD College London campus.
John Branney, BTEC Course Leader, said “I’m very impressed by the determination and motivation of our BTEC students. They worked hard to create a programme that was entertaining and informative in equal levels. The programme showcases a great deal of the skills they have gained in Year 1 of their studies including camerawork, sound design, graphics and editing. I’m proud of what they have achieved and cannot wait to see what they will produce next year”.
