Students from DLD College London took part in this year’s national maths competition, the UKMT Senior Maths Challenge. The students did exceptionally well this year, with 11 out of the 14 students entered receiving a prize certificate. This included 6 gold’s, 4 silvers, and 1 bronze certificate. All the maths teachers at DLD College London are very pleased and proud of all of the student performances. The college’s top scoring student, Rui Liu, topped off an excellent week for herself, as she also received an offer to study at Cambridge University.
Over 81,000 pupils from across the UK entered the competition, with the top 10% receiving a gold certificate, the next 20% receiving a silver, and the next 30% a bronze. So well done to all the maths students at DLD College London.
