Student Secures Place at Russell Group University

Vlad Midoni celebrated outstanding A level results, following his graduation from DLD College London this summer.
Vlad achieved an exceptional A in Computing, A in Economics and A* in Further Mathematics, securing a coveted place to study Economics at University College London, part of the Russell Group. Reflecting on his achievement, Vlad said:
“I’m really happy with my results, I worked really hard to get the grades I needed to get into university. I had a great time at DLD, my teachers really helped me to succeed and I’m excited to take the next step and study Economics at University College London”.
A further 92% secured their place at universities of their choosing with many securing coveted spots at Russell Group universities.
Vlad’s impressive achievements contribute to DLD’s overall A level results success, an excellent 79% of grades were awarded A*-C, and an overall pass rate of 98%. These are really positive results and represents an improvement on A*-C grades achieved by DLD student’s comparative to pre-pandemic results in 2019.
