Year 12 Chemistry students represented DLD College London in the southeast regional heat of this annual analytical competition organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Students worked together as a team to solve problems involving mathematical, biological and chemical skills. They carried out practical techniques to deduce unknowns without the aid of spectrometers. Throughout the whole day students persevered with scrutinising their results to look for patterns and clues as to what the unknowns could be. We will hopefully find out soon if they are able to progress to the next round of the competition.
Well done to all of the students who took part!
