DLD Fringe – Great Expectations

DLD FRINGE presents their first Christmas production in The ATRIUM of DLD College London on Tuesday, December 8th and Wednesday, December 9th at 6.30pm.
Featuring over 20 DLD Students and involving the talents of staff and students in its production, the classic story ‘GREAT EXPECTATIONS‘ follows poor apprentice blacksmith PIP as he comes into some good fortune, leading to his becoming a gentleman with great expectations. But who or what was behind this turn of events? And will his new-found status bring him the lady he loves?
Directed by Drama Teacher Chris Chambers, assisted by students Jasmine Elehadrasu and Darcy Jack the production features some of Dickens’ most famous characters – Magwitch, Miss Havisham, Estella, Jaggers and Wemmick to name a few.
With highly skilled musicians, lighting, live music and over 30 projections, DLD Fringe will draw you into Dickens’ world of imagination.
