DLD Drama Students Take a Bow

17th December 14

A Level and GCSE DLD Drama Students

On 16 December, the DLD Drama students presented “Take a Bow”: a showcase of talent. This consisted of the year 10, year 11 and drama club students. The performances ranged in style and content. The year 10 presented a Christmas poem while the year 11 drama students performed a devised piece based on the Hillsborough disaster.

The DLD Drama club members ended the evening with their version of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. There were also two individual performances – an improvised contemporary dance piece and a monologue from the play Top Girls. Congratulations to all the students involved who have been working hard on their pieces this term.
