Become a Mental Health & Wellbeing Peer Educator

3rd October 22

Here at DLD College London pastoral care is at the forefront of our goals and we are strong believers that a students mental health is as important as their academic success.

As part of this goal, we have signed up to the Peer Education Project in which our qualified staff will work with students to train them to become Peer Educators. This will allow students to build the tools to manage their own mental health, and also have the understanding and confidence to help their peers too.

We will ensure students are supported as they take on these new leaderships roles which will develop their emotional and social development in a safe environment underwritten by trust and respect. This is also an opportunity for students to enhance their university applications by making them stand out from the crowd.

Visit the Mental Health Foundation website for more information about the course.
