Dr Sarah Watson (Vice Principal, Academic) addressed the importance of understanding what success means, how it feels, and how it can look different to each one of us. This point was punctuated by excellent musical performances from Kevin (Y12, District), Hayek (Y12, Piccadilly), and finally our DLD College London Band ‘The Rock Eyes’ John (Y10, Marylebone), Michael (Y13, Piccadilly), Adi (IFP, Jubilee) and Nicky (Y12, District).
The audience was treated to a range of musical genres including classical piano, solo acoustic guitar, and a cover of The Oasis classic ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’. What a fantastic way to end a Half Term!
Photo credits: The wonderfully talented Aemilia (Y12, Northern).
A big thank you to those who helped to organise this event and to the students who performed.
Sean Gallagher, Head of Co-Curricular & Sport
