Artwork of the Month – January

The Best Artwork of the month is an A3 painting by Year 12 A Level Art student Mayya who painted a memory of listening to music with her dad. She explains:
‘This artwork is a result of my investigation of the theme “Picture into my world”. Here, I have painted from an old photograph of me with my dad, and an album cover of our favourite Russian band. In this painting I wanted to show nice moments I have shared with my father throughout my childhood while listening to music together.’
