Empty Enterprise

21st June 21

Dragons Den

On Monday the business teachers were treated to ten different business projects. Groups of students were tasked with finding an empty property and then converting it into a viable business idea. The students worked hard to research the market and ensure their business could differentiate itself from rivals. The groups then delivered the pitches to a panel of judges who made decisions on whether or not to invest.

There were a range of ideas including a petting cafe, a specialised tuition agency and converting an abandoned beach tower into a cafe, to name but a few.

Well done to all the Year 12 Business students who took part.
