DLD College London, is delighted to have been announced as a finalist for two prestigious awards including 2020 Independent Boarding School of the Year & 2020 Independent School of the Year for International Student Experience.
Independent Schools of the Year 2020 is an awards scheme which celebrate the success stories of schools and their students across the independent education sector in the UK and British schools overseas. With only 5 to 7 finalists in each category, this is a fantastic achievement for DLD College London and puts the school in the company of schools such as Bryanston, Rugby, Sedbergh and St Pauls. The award for boarding school of the year looks at schools which most clearly demonstrates the provision of a vibrant and life-enhancing experience which mirrors the needs of 21st century students and their families.
For the international student experience award, judges are looking for schools that offer both the best and most holistic school-life experience to the international students in their school community as well as allowing those students’ own cultures to positively impact school culture and student understanding.
DLD College London Principal, Irfan Latif expressed his gratitude to all the staff and students who contribute to making this school such a special place to live and learn. The virtual awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 8 October 2020.
