BFI BTEC Media Trip

The DLD College London BTEC Media Year 12 students went on a trip to the BFI to take for an educational screening of the film 1985. The film was being shown as part of a programme showcasing a range of LGBTQ cinema. The students also had the opportunity to watch a short film called Runaway Arab and participated in a Q and A with the director Amrou Al-Kadhi. A wonderful time was had by all and it was very interesting for them to learn more about how the LGBQT community are being represented on the big screen.
