It was another fantastic afternoon of sport and school spirit as students came together at Archbishop’s Park for the annual House Football Competition.
With high energy, great teamwork, and plenty of friendly rivalry on display, students competed in a series of exciting matches to earn valuable house points for their teams. The atmosphere was electric, with staff and students cheering from the sidelines as each house gave their all on the pitch.
After some hard-fought games and outstanding performances, Metropolitan House emerged as the overall champions, securing 50 house points and the coveted House Football trophy.
The final standings were:
1️⃣ Metropolitan – 50 HPs
2️⃣ Jubilee – 40 HPs
3️⃣ Northern – 35 HPs
4️⃣ District – 30 HPs
5️⃣ Piccadilly – 25 HPs
Well done to all participants for their effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. The event truly captured the DLD spirit of community, camaraderie, and healthy competition.
