We are proud to celebrate the exceptional achievements of its International Foundation Programme (IFP) students for the 2024–25 academic year.
A total of 55 students successfully completed the programme, which prepares international students for progression to top UK universities. This year’s results reflect the hard work, determination and academic excellence of the cohort, as well as the commitment of DLD’s experienced teaching staff.
100% of students achieved a pass, meeting the standard threshold for university progression. Impressively, 45% of students were awarded a Distinction, scoring 75% or higher in their final assessments—an outstanding accomplishment demonstrating academic rigour and ambition.
Head of IFP, Celestine Cawley commented: “These results are a testament to the dedication of our students and the strength of our academic support systems. The IFP provides a robust and inspiring pathway into higher education, and we are thrilled to see so many of our students excelling and preparing to take their next steps at leading universities.”
IFP provides pathways in Business, Engineering, Creative Arts, Social Sciences and more, and is designed to nurture global learners, providing both subject knowledge and the academic skills needed to thrive at degree level.
We congratulate all of our IFP students on their fantastic achievements and look forward to seeing their continued success at university and beyond.
