DLD Awarded Accredited Status for Pastoral Care

DLD College London is joining a group of beacon schools and colleges who are able to demonstrate proactive, targeted, evidence based pastoral care. Schools and colleges like DLD are exhibiting a shift in cultural mindset, equipping their teachers with a tool, shared language and strategies to move pastoral care from reactive to proactive, from generalised to targeted, from intuition to evidencing the pupil voice.
In recognition of this achievement we have been welcomed to the Steering Schools Network. Being a part of this group of accredited schools is a wonderful opportunity for DLD to share our expertise with other schools, reach out to peers in other schools who can share their expertise with us, and also to join in cross school working groups to explore ways to use AS Tracking more widely.
