Wimbledon Trip

Business Studies students from DLD College London visited the All England Tennis Club in Wimbledon this week to get a real insight into the workings of one of the most famous tennis clubs in the world.
We assume Wimbledon to only function for two weeks of the summer during the tournament, but actually they are open year round. The trip was designed to show the students how the All England Club function as a business on daya to day basis, how they make revenue and a profit the rest of the year. Students were shown their marketing strategy and financial capabilities and treated to a tour of the club.
