Ed joined DLD in 2008 as the Head of the Art Department. Since then the Art department in DLD has more than trebled in size with many new and now well established courses: i.e.: A-level Graphic Communications, GCSE Art, Craft and Design and more recently IFP Fashion Management and pre A-level Art courses.

Ed has a broad range of in-depth experience in teaching Art, Textiles, Graphics, Mixed Media Fashion and Photography in Schools and Sixth Form Colleges in London..
Ed is privileged to lead a team of very experienced Arts teachers and an excellent Arts technician. This year Ed was involved in three external moderators visits, ‘I am very grateful to all our students and parents for their support and to my expert team of colleagues in the Art department’.

Ed and the art department are also responsible for the visual environment of the College, having produced all the wall graphics and art works displayed throughout the College.
