College Awards

Our College Awards are available to UK based students only, who hold a British passport or who have British citizenship. There are several different types of awards available offering up to 30% remission against tuition fees.

We are looking for subject excellence and for candidates who will contribute to all areas of school life. This will include an ambassadorial role for the school.

Academic College Award

Academic College Awards are awarded to students who can demonstrate academic excellence and potential. Students who wish to participate should choose one or two subjects which they wish to pursue in the future.

Creative College Award

Creative College Awards are available to students who excel in Art or Drama. Assessment includes a performance/portfolio plus an assessed written piece of work.

Sports College Award

If you compete in football, netball or boxing, a Sports College Award may be available to you. You will be assessed either during a club fixture or on an individual basis by our Head of Sport. Sports Award applicants are also interviewed and will be expected to be fully involved with the school team and activities.

How to Apply for a College Award

Step One: Complete and return a domestic DLD College London Application Form

If you have British citizenship or a British Passport APPLY HERE


Step Two: Attend a preliminary Interview

This is arranged individually either in person or on zoom/teams. Please indicate at this stage that you would like to apply for a College Award. Your interviewer will advise you which College Award to follow. If you are successful at this stage, you will be asked to continue to the assessment part of the College Award.


Step Three: Complete a DLD College Award Assessment

When will I be notified of a College Award?

DLD College Award results will usually be made available to applicants within 5 working days of assessment completion.
