We are hoping to agree further progression pathways with the medical schools of the American University of Antigua, St Georges Grenada, and the University of Central Lancashire.

Course Structure

The Medicine course has three core components; Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. Subject weighting is shown below:

Each component is assessed by two examinations held in January and June each year.

Students will also receive English Language tuition to help them to achieve the level of English required by each medical school. Students will also receive specialist medical school application and interview support as part of the programme.

To support their application, Medicine pathway students will also become members of our DLD College London Medicine Society (MedSoc). MedSoc activities include regular talks delivered by medical professionals and medicine school tutors and students, practical and clinical workshops and Medical School visits.
