Staff news, farewellsWe say farewell to the following members of staff:
Jonathan Andrews leaves after three years as Head of Economics to take up a mathematics post at Dulwich College. Jonathan's engaging, combative personality and excel lent subject - knowledge have been of benefit to his students and to the College as a whole. We wish him every success for the future.
Alex Dunlop moves on to a research post at King's College, London, after a highly successful year teaching Physics and helping to co-ordinate E-Learning. Alex's energy and drive have been of immense value in the College and he will be missed by both students and colleagues. We wish him every success in his new research career.
Anthony Gibbons has retired after three years as Bursar. Anthony's cheerful, optimistic presence became a feature of College life, as well as his dry humour and gentle humanity combined with a shrewd awareness of human nature. He was responsible for keeping facilities up-graded and in good order and we shall miss him. We wish Anthony and his wife Corinne a happy new chapter in their lives.
Aicha Nedjari joined DLD in January to teach French covering for an absent member of staff. She proved to be a great success and we are grateful to her for helping the College out at short notice.
